Nurturing wise people

Xiucheng Experimental Education Group was formerlyknownas Jishui Elementary School which was established in August 1986, and renamed Xiucheng Experimental Elementary School in August 2001. Xiucheng Experimental Education Group was established in September 2005, owned Jishui Elementary School and Junru Elementary School;  Fengqiao Elementary School(attach to Xiucheng Experimental Education Group) was founded in  September 2008, which marks  that the first  urban and rural education group of Jiaxing City was  established.

Xiucheng Experimental Education Group is committed to the motto of “nurturing wise people”, and three basic education values are "Habit is more important than the score, Intelligence comes from playing, A good child grows with praises ", we wish every student “to be a person who love sports ”, “to be a happy person”, “to be a kind person”, “to be a wise reader", "to be a talented person".

The Group annually carrys out four activities "Arts Festival, Reading Festival, Sports Festival and Science Festival”, it has many students organizations such us chorus, drama, dance, chess, ball, roller skating, and art, which make students developing personality. The school has been awarded The National Chess Education Experimental Base, Zhejiang Province Civilization School,  Zhejiang Province Mass Sports Advanced Group,  Zhejiang Province Chinese Education Base etc.
